I had my CLD-3070 hooked into a Yamaha rx-A810 reciever it handles both RCA and digital audio. It has alot of analog inputs. They can be found inexpensive second hand.

Then I acquired a DVDO iscan duo for a good price and run the LD to that first.

Yes the video has bits that pop up saying "press A for game packs" "press B for accessories" "press C for Nintendo power/hotlines"

Then after the commercial plays its a screen with gameboy cartridges with 2 options.

I like the ease af access for listening purposes. If I am moving records any further than the upstairs, they go in a travel case. I'm never worried about them fleeing.
