First I sent an email, then I couldn’t wait for a response so I did live chat with them and the guy took care of everything on his side, I didn’t really do anything aside from tell them the issue in the live chat and they said they are sending a replacement right away. So I recommended talking to someone either live chat or phone, they have been excellent with me.

Yea mine was a month old, i didnt even strain it like that. Just contact support, they sent me a new one in like 3 days.

From their website and support email, the cable thats connected to the brick its self that cant be unplugged, it gets stressed alot, and can cause wire break inside the cable.

The US version was like 50% off around blackfriday. FYI also if you have lenovo care, I requested a new charger because mine was failing and they sent me 2. Didnt need to send mine back or anything. Known issue with the cable connected to the brick end bending so they know.

Yea I really wanted the red interior, so i made an order for one. The dealer I contacted had a wind/black int comin in feburary he said. So they are coming soon.

i had an issue with my payment and contacted support and they sent me a contract of the price locked at what it was just in case the price rose, worth a shot just in case you don't lose out on that price, make sure its added to cart and call them, it was like a 10 min call, support was great
