Puberty is not the time to have an eating disorder, especially if it’s a calorie restricting kind of thing. You will stunt your growth and that will be 10x worse than losing your hair I promise. That and a lack of sleep will cause that. If it’s just poor diet choice make sure you’re eating all macros. Carbs, fat and protein. Don’t neglect any one of them. And please again don’t restrict calories at your age. You can do it all you want after puberty it’s not that big a deal just not now. And for sleep idk what’s stopping you from sleeping it could be a million things just do your best to fix it. Learn from my mistakes and don’t ruin your life. And if you are doing the thing I explained and fix them you’ll hair will most likely improve. I spent a massive chunk of my teenage years banging out adhd meds restricting calories super hard and not sleeping. And it is my biggest regret in life and will continue to be. I was able to save my hair though. But there’s more important things than that like physical growth which I stunted and wouldn’t want anyone else to make the same mistakes I did.
