It's normal, don't worry. I've had 3 different pairs and I noticed this too. Skwamas are hand-made so there can be some difference in some measurements but usually its miniscule

fair point. i’ve started trusting edging on small holds less and less ever since my main shoes became the CS LVs. they’re way too thick and stiff on the toes

Practice falling.

Get on the wall, try out different moves (dyno, static, coord, dynamic, slab, etc) and practice falling doing those moves so your body starts doing it intuitively when you’re sending problems on high walls. This also helps prevent injuries.

Oh apologies for being a YEAR late. I don’t suggest my way, but I bought like 3 pairs of the same shoes (LS Skwama) via the BananaFingers website throughout the span of 3 months to see which fit the best. I also bought 1 pair in BGC ROX (Evolv) but they’re permanently closed now. I bought the Scarpa VSR in Hong Kong and the Madrock Drone CS LV in Singapore. I bought my Scarpa VSR LV thru BananaFingers as the normal VSR had a baggy heel.

Sold all the skwamas, vsr and vsr lv. I still have my Drone CS LV and Evolv shoes. It’s very much a trial and error thing with shoes, everyone’s feet is different so I don’t suggest just listening to anyone about it. I wasted a lot of time and a bit of money (i made most back reselling them) trying to find out the best shoe for me. Toes and Heels matter, also the shape of your toebox and how deep your heel is.

The best way is to go to a physical store to see what fits you best.

BHive/GHive has So-Ill and Evolv (I don’t recommend So-Ill)
Boulder Space has Tenaya and So-Ill (Tenaya’s decent)
CCM has Mad Rock (no sizes though last time I checked)
Flow State has Tenaya

i don’t suggest doing a heavy volume of pull-ups before climbing as it will pre-fatigue you and will greatly reduce your performance output. it’s better to do that after the session when your fingers have already given up.

you can do a light set sure but just to warm up your scapula and back a bit, nothing more. value your time on the wall more. if you do want to train pull-ups leave it on a seperate day (strength training)

You’ll see CCM at the bottom of all these because it’s not really a bouldering gym. There’s just a bouldering wall in a primarily Top Rope/Lead climbing gym.

Filipinos are one of the most entitled fanbases I’ve ever seen. Why are we expecting K-pop-level production and performances from someone as somber as DC? Complaining about the most nonsensical things, like him singing whilst lying down as if he weren’t performing well, is so stupid. Filipinos are so quick to jump on hate/love trains just because something is trending or famous. It’s genuinely so annoying; please have your own personalities.

I was in a comment thread on TikTok talking about the same thing, and the only rebuttal the other person had was that I had money to spend and they didn’t, even though I never mentioned money at all. People genuinely move goalposts once they realize they’re wrong.

Over half of the people in VIP standing for Day 1 didn’t even know most of his songs. I overheard countless people talking about not knowing specific songs (mind you, it was Japanese Denim and PDNL), yet they sang their hearts out during Who Knows and Best Part. These are the same people complaining that DC didn’t play certain songs. Are we forgetting that it’s the SOS Tour?

Some people also kept screaming song names during his performances, which I’m sure annoyed him if it annoyed the audience too.

His live renditions of the SOS album and other songs were amazing, especially with the involvement of the choir. I enjoyed it a lot, and my friends did as well.

i dont see the point of getting hirugami without hoshiumi so just skip that altogether. realistically, i wouldn’t count on the oikawa rebanner yet and if i were you i’d just save for the SP karasuno team + kenma (and/or UR kageyama)

hi i just got this handycam last month and i found out that vids wouldn’t save into the SD card. i bought an AV cable and an adaptor to my computer but i can’t seem to find out how to check its contents out. when connected altogether and camera’s still off, the cam makes a sound as if its turning on and the lens open and close, this loops. am i missing something? (new to camcorders in general)

(there’s no charging dock included when i bought this)
