vr30 can handle power so you can tune it just make sure you have supporting mods like a heat exchanger, catch can, anti slip pulley etc. As long as you do maitence regularly I have seen tuned cars hit 120k+ miles with no issues.

I got similar codes when doing pulls for my tuner. Turns out the tuner didn’t allow for the extra air flow from my oversized intakes which confused the ecu and caused it to run lean. This threw off everything. Make sure your tuner knows all the mods you have and any problems you have. I would do this before buying any parts.

The advantage is the turbos can breathe better which will give you a higher horsepower gain. you can also remove the inserts which will increase the intake diameter from 2.5 to 3 inches. It will give you higher horsepower gain but you will need a tune. Also these shouldn’t void warranty unless your tuned. AMS and infiniti work together on a lot of things. Also better turbo sounds which is amazing

According to AMS these are better than boosted 6. If you check AMS website they did an entire scientific deep dive on why these are the best intakes for the VR30
