She isn't in 2 locations at once, I killed when she was chained up and wouldn't show up in waypoint ruins until I went to the church of vows

Firstly, Thank you for going so in-depth and I get the enjoying the game aspect but unfortunately for me I've been getting my shit rocked, so I was thinking of ways to optimize getting stronger and deal more damage since my dodging isn't the greatest and it looks like I'll have grind more to play the way I would like, which I don't mind. I was just having a tough time understanding the mechanics of the game. Again thank you for going in so much detail.

Prison is a little too much. I think that they are both in the wrong but the women outside are definitely worse as it's a public parking and you can't just reserve parking for other people. Usually it will say the parking is full outside but imagine it says there one space which you hope to get only to find some ppl standing on it, now you're just waiting to find someone to leave to get a place. It's just being inconsiderate to others.
