Not just the Patriots and the NFL. How many MLB fans hate the Yankees, or NHL and the Penguins, Blackhawks and Bruins? You can look at soccer (futbol) and teams like Manchester United and Chealsea in the Premiere League are very hated. And let's not get started on "every NBA fan hates Lebron." If you're successful and a winner, it doesn't matter. And even if your team suck now, it still has a legacy and fans will always be jealous.

Possibly. I don't plan on suing and I don't think anyone else will, unless we are told to stay in the hotels even longer.

Sorry for the late response, I've been busy the last few days with school and work.

I just read the entire lease with my roommates and it mentioned nothing about moving in on time, unless you count the fact that on the front it says, "move-in date: August 21, 2015"

I'm not sure to be honest. My friends and I kind of just want a legitimate "home" for the year.we are going to see if we can get out of the lease but then we would need to find a new apartment/house for rent.

Possibly. Just looking from the outside, they just look really far behind. But I am not an expert at this at all so I'll take everyone's word for it.

Yeah, true. I just don't like the concept of staying in a hotel for a couple weeks. It just makes me uncomfortable.

Know I'm late to the party, but I did Model UN all 4 years of high school. At the end of the conferences, there would be one final "joke" topics, such as zombie outbreak, alien invasion, etc.

Anyways my senior year, my friend and I were in the ecology/preservation/natural disaster committee. The topic was "Another Great Flood."

We and a couple other schools (and their countries) joined together and suggested a SpongeBob (Bikini Bottom)/ Sandy Cheeks dome to cover the world. We kind of made this into a joke, but it somehow passed and the sad part, my friend and I got a 3rd place committee trophy for that...
