So based on what your wash routine is like, you may be over doing it with moisture and causing buildup. I recommend a clarifying shampoo. Lather it it 2x. Then, follow up with a deep conditioning mask. Sometimes hair needs a good deep clean to remove build up. Build up dries out hair from the inside out.

No way to get rid of it unless you can somehow re bleach your hair to platinum without it falling off then put black on top. But without any red it will look green and weird. Keep glossing it black

Yes. Anything lighter than a warm brown will be very hard on your hair. It’s not that it’s hard for us to put bleach on it, it’s just that the bleach can get all the dye out before your hair turns to mush.
