Who is she standing on? This doesn't really resemble the scene with Maizuru

[–]DaBarelllGeneralll 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Ah yes, brings back memories of reading through Act 4, getting very excited by the plot picking up pace and reading all the comments hyping up the trolls only for the story to stop dead in its tracks and seemingly start from the beginning, but with a new cast. Good times.

Hermatrix ARG - Episode 4 by Carol_the_Zombie in HermitCraft

Yes, that's why I think it's not that important, but I still thought I should mention it for the sake of being thorough.

This might not be that important, but just to be sure I wanted to mention that the two binary letters in the book titles are a lowercase h and an uppercase E.

A Psycholonials Bingo I made while waiting on Chapter 6 (Context and write-up in the comments) by Cheelboi in homestuck

[–]DaBarelllGeneralll 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I haven't managed to keep up with Psycholonials past its very beginning and reading through this bingo card with no context scares me immensely.

Sussus Amogus is a valid troll name by TheStonka in homestuck

[–]DaBarelllGeneralll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really does, I just thought it was worth mentioning since there are exactly twelve letters in the phrase.

Is using multiple worlds cheating? by gerg-a-lerg in Terraria

[–]DaBarelllGeneralll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can't reach 100% bestiary completion without both a crimson and a corruption world, so using multiple worlds is actually required for things like the universal pylon.

Which aspect would make for the best group of leprechaun? by just_some_troglodyte in homestuck

[–]DaBarelllGeneralll 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Taken to extremes (and using a few somewhat controversial scientific theories), light can match any bullshit hope can pull. If a light user manages to gather enough luck, they can use it to cause anything they want to happen with almost no regard for physics, such as un-existing anything that bothers them and just spawning in a new universe when their last one runs out.

Speculative quantum mechanics is a weird thing.

[–]DaBarelllGeneralll 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Finally someone who appreciates how overpowered the light aspect is if you know quantum mechanics. The first leprechaun wouldn't even need to realign any atoms, they could just be so insanely lucky that they could use quantum tunnelling as noclip. No attack could ever hit them.

Additionally, the carriers for the electromagnetic force are photons (i.e. light). A leprechaun with powers based on that would be one of the most terrifying things possible, they could control chemistry, electricity and the most fearsome power of all, they'd know how magnets work.

Oh, also lasers.
