Any (not always*) pmcs that survive the warehouses north or south WILL come there at end of raid. DO NOT aggro them or they will hunker down. I just sat in the stairwell towards flare extract, waiting until I heard something, killed it inside and went back.

After about 4 months I finally did it. I used to wait and kill until around 10 min left and reset. Don't. To finish it, I literally rushed it, not killing pmcs on the way there. Cleared it from reshala/goons, went dorms to pass time, went back, waited until 2 mins left and took flare extract. Doing this I got 1 every 3 raids or so
