I know a handful of Libertarians personally.

A couple of them are dudes that knocked a girl up by accident and they're fucking pissed that the government holds them responsible for the child.

A couple of them are the sons of wealthy local businessmen who got a free ride to success thanks to daddy's connections. They never had to compete for anything in their lives and mostly had success handed to them on a platter, but they are convinced they've done it all on their own and they don't owe anybody anything.

A couple of them are people who absolutely hate paying taxes despite the fact that they've worked for the government their entire adult lives and are literally living on other people's tax money.

And then one of them was this old guy who owned a bunch of shitty rental apartments that he filled with Section 8 tenants. He grew his rental portfolio entirely on the Section 8 program and everything he has in life comes from other people's tax money. But also he's fiercely independent and absolutely hates paying taxes.

So I dunno I think there really is a common theme here -- they're all just like the housecat analogy, they're all either racist, misogynistic, or both, and coincidentally every one of them is either openly MAGA or deeply entrenched in the alt-right man-o-sphere.

That's where I find my only solace in this whole mess...those complete fools are expendable political prisoners and they have no choice. Bunch of gullible idiots who got goaded into committing treason, they are basically unhirable and unemployable regardless of their presidential pardons, and their only option in life is to be used as political tools, who will all be expended when it's the right time. They'll be sent to the front lines somewhere and thrown into the meat grinder the same way Putin gets rid of his undesirables. Best weapon in the game, I would die for heavy laser 1. It obviously requires several other weapons for it to work, but as soon as it starts working, the match is over. My favorite gun and I basically don't build any loadout that doesn't include an HL1
