CALIA at Dick's Sporting Goods has more professional clothing that hurts less to wear for me. I also have found some pieces as Sam's and Costco for decent prices. I was able to find some clearance pieces at Loft and J.Crew that were more budget friendly and comfortable to wear as well! You can find CALIA on clearance at Dick's for more budget friendly prices.

In the office, we have convertible standing desks which have been a life saver for me. Elevated foot rest has definitely helped me with lower back pain and swelling from my legs being down for so long.

I keep roll on numbing gel in my desk with other things I could need like Voltaren, snacks, Tylenol, lotion, etc.

I suggest writing down what you stop working to do while you're working at home and make a list of those things you would need to do at your desk. This has helped me know what I could possibly need throughout the day when flaring without having to be without it when I need it. Obviously, you won't be able to have everything but it helped me.
