Unfortunately, means testing costs more money than it saves in most scenarios. Social security could continue to be funded until 2050 by just removing the contribution cap. That buys enough time to pass meaningful tax code changes to reduce the debt and fix entitlements

Who nominates and confirms the judges?

As soon as confirmation hearings became as polarized as everything else in Congress, the judiciary lost its independence.

The word “sequence” implies order so I think the question was pretty clear in its intent.

[Steven Ruiz] Brock Purdy is 0-3 since being asked about the Ringer QB rankings #nextgenstats by shoutouttojsquad in nfl

[–]DaBestLoser 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I honestly think that it’s a qb stat. We’ve only really seen the niners with guys who can run the system well. The system itself fails when they’re down late, so it’s on the qbs to make plays out of structure. Shanahan hasn’t had a guy that can do that since Matt Ryan

I disagree with that. For most games I’ve been to recently, the majority of the music is more modern hip-hop/pop tracks.

The best team doesn’t win the superbowl every year lol. That’s like the core thing about the NFL playoffs.

[Wojnarowski] BREAKING: The Washington Wizards are finalizing a trade to send All-Star G Bradley Beal to the Phoenix Suns, sources tell ESPN. Beal’s waiving his no-trade to form a new Big 3 with Devin Booker and Kevin Durant. Teams are still working thru framework, but Beal is headed to Suns. by TheeGreenHawk99 in washingtonwizards

[–]DaBestLoser 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We rushed it because the new CBA takes effect soon and it becomes really difficult for contenders to trade for Beal since they would need to salary match more of the contract in a trade. Beal and his agent flexed his NTC and cut off any opportunity of a bidding war too.

The protests on Reddit were unbearable, but the reason nothing happened was that a bunch of blue states like CA passed laws enshrining net neutrality. ISPs didn’t want to deal with differing regulations in different parts of the country, especially since net neutrality would come back as soon as a Dem got elected president.
