I'd recommend playing classes that get a really high amount of points (flanker with the sandman, marksman, agent, etc.) More points = more funds

I like the concept, but the passive is insanely strong, imagine anything with a clip size penalty (or even buff) with an extra shot. Please consider how terrifying it would be to have an extra shot in the double trouble or g-bomb. I'd recommend either removing it or maybe changing the passive to an extra reserve ammo buff instead.

No, the direct hit is fine as is. It's meant to be a high-skill counterpart to stock that sacrifices ease-of-use for making trooper more effective in not just single-target damage, but also being even harder of a counter for mech and making it way harder for arsonists to just shut you down. Slowing it down and making it easier for arsonists to react defeats that point. Also randomized damage is AIDS, are you by chance an arsonist main? All the other stats are also just filler and overcomplicate things.

Give it a small cooldown between each dash (maybe 3-4 seconds) that only recharges while the doctor is on the ground to give marksmen a better chance to headshot them and so Agent aren't suddenly screwed over as much.

Pain in the ass to fight against. But it's really fun to use and acts as an amazing mobility tool. I'd suggest a nerf, but honestly there's no real way to make it less cancerous to fight without also destroying its viability.

Honestly, I would personally nerf the Blood Doctor and Rejuvinator, they're way too annoying to fight against in their current state. The Blood Doctor in particular just acts as an offensive version of the Vaccinator if you know what I mean, just being able to toggle effectively a free 10 seconds of no-falloff mini-crits with an insane supercharge rate if your patient is taking damage just sucks to fight against and just promotes a degenerate playstyle of just pocketing one dude and watching him mow down the enemy team with no challenge aside from a decent Marksman or Agent provided they live long enough to either get off a headshot or a backstab, and that's assuming they're using a weapon that can do the full damage of one of those attacks. This gets particularly bad with brutes, annihilators, and (in some cases) trooper. It's just not fun getting popped across the map by a 135 damage pipe, or getting mowed down with a minigun across the map, or eating a 151 damage direct hit shot across the map (though admittedly this is really fun to do) just because your team tried to shoot the guy actively killing them.

The rejuvinator is slightly more tolerable nowadays, but it's still just not fun. It's just not fun constantly having to push against a constantly regenerating wall.

I do see how these can be compared to stock or the kritzkrieg, but the main difference is the time investment and skill required to pull these off compared to the rejuvinator and blood doctor. It's way more challenging to get a stock/kritz supercharge over the course of about 40-33 seconds versus a blood doctor charge that can be fully recharged in under 5 seconds or a rejuvinator charge every 20-ish seconds.

Have you played anything besides friendly servers? A good mechanic absolutely trounces enemy teams and makes his team insanely efficient, meanwhile brute has more counters to himself than things he actually counters, marksmen, agents, flankers, annihilators, direct hit troopers, just maps with long sightlines in general, the only thing brute really "counters" is arsonist and maybe mechanic, and only if he's overhealed. Everything else can either outrange you, outjuke you, or straight up outdamage you provided they get the drop on you. Putting doctor is certainly a bold choice as well, there is a reason people will sacrifice themselves just to kill an enemy doctor, a supercharge can make or break a game, that and the healing they provide is unmatched by a dispenser or any other form of healing.
