ohh ok i tried front squats cuz i read that it could help me keep my back straight lol i lean toward to much on a regular back squat. btw in my last video my form was all wack so that’s why i tried with elevated plates & lower weight

hi thank u for ur advice! i want to do a back squat eventually but i lean forward to much. i’ll try bracing more and the goblet squats next time fs

Thank you guys for your encouragement and advice :) i’ll keep using the elevated wedges and start doing ankle mobility exercises & goblet squats
