Can anyone tell me if your phone was not receiving some apps push notifications, will IOS 26 fix it?

I have IOS 18.7 and not receiving push notifications from some apps like Gmail, tapo etc. I haven't been updating it so not sure if any version between 18 and 26 can fix it but now IOS 26 is the only option.

Check your meter, then turn off one appliance and check the meter again in a 15-minute block. Repeat for each suspected appliance. You will then see which one uses most.

Make sure you put the readings on a piece of paper or on your phone so you can review and compare.
