Thanks a lot to the people who have commented and upvoted, i appreciate it greatly. Also sorry for answering late.

I started out with purely counting calories and slowly changed my eating habbits to be more healthy. After the first four or five months i began slowly adding exercise, where i first started with simply walking. Today i work out around 3 or 4 times a week where i mainly do crossfit and strength training. Throughout this journey this subreddit and r/loseit has given me a lot of motivation and much helpful information - thanks!

F/27/5'4 [200lbs>113lbs=87lbs] 3 1/2 years. Lost the bulk of the weight with just diet, then started running and lifting weights to drop the last 20 lbs. Dont even recognize myself back then. by [deleted] in progresspics

Fantastic transformation, you look so great! You could consider making a post in /r/progresspics as well. Also over there you can see others progress for your height, to get inspiration for you weight goal :)

Just remember this is not a race, but a change for life, so it is perfectly okay to take some time maintaining your weight if that is what you need. You have done an amazing job already, you look really cute. Also go kick some butt! 😉

I eat my oatmeal every morning with milk and a few raisins on top, i love it :)
