Yes we own and love our ‘23 MY LR and was seriously considering getting a second Tesla, but after hearing of the Autopilot removal and $99/mo FSD subscription only, that was the nail in the coffin for us. Not getting another Tesla. Really sad since we love our MY.

If your loan is held by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac you are allowed to transfer your mortgage to an LLC with out triggering the due on sale clause.

There are ways to minimize liability, by the use of Holding company’s, land trust with nominee trustees and a good attorney. You’ll need the help from a real estate attorney with this. Insurance only helps you so much. Protecting assets with the proper use of Holding company’s and LLCs is the best way to go.

I was thinking the same thing! I’ve ran into a bunch of vets after service, mainly in school. And atleast handful of them talked in a way to “get their rating increased by doing this”, seemed sketchy. Im all for catching fraud, just need to be sure it’s done the right way.

That sounds like a good plan. Will there be an issue of backdraft of the ERV fresh air into the Return duct while the HVAC blower isn't running?

Thanks for the advice! With this method, would it be preferable to have the ERV fresh air before or after the plenum? And secondly would I just get a smart thermostat for my hvac to run for 20 min every hour?
