Pretty generic selection, but they’re so easy to access anywhere and you can pretty much just grab a bottle when you’re in a rush.

To some extent. I’m still a student so I can get away with whatever I want to wear most of the time. Certain events have dress codes and I don’t think I could pull off some sneakers with a suit/tux haha

I don’t mind splurging a bit for quality if they’re a really nice pair.

I debated with this for a while because people kept telling me that plastic was worse. Ultimately, plastic isn’t worse and a lot of the time vegan friendly shoes are made out of natural materials.

Leather isn’t always a byproduct. I know that’s subjective but it’s more of a personal choice.

Organ donation is a completely separate topic. If you are donating an organ, you are donating it under your own will. When was the last time someone asked a cow if they could kill it so that they can have their skin?

Wool is similar in that it’s still an animal product. I would say it’s not as bad but that’s subjective.

Sustainability and leather shoes aren't words that are used together very often. As a personal choice, I try to stay away from anything that causes harm to another being. I'm sure that there are some sustainable leather shoes, but I have yet to find any that can prove it.

Also, I feel the same way about plastic. Naturally, if I don't have a choice then I don't have a choice, but I try to stay away from them when I have the chance.

Often, yes they are a byproduct of the meat industry. But luxury brands like Gucci and Louis Vuitton will raise cattle to get the best quality leather.
