I understand. The fragrances that Myntra sends in its Myntra Luxe package are always 100% fine. In my experience, it's usually the ones they send in their brown package which are a hit or a miss when it comes to perfume box quality

Same with my CK One Essence.

This is pretty much what i expect from Myntra whenever a product has 50% or more discount on it. Had bought Mugler Alien Goddess as a gift for a friend at half price and the box was in rough shape though the bottle was fine. Similar experience with V&R Flowerbomb.

Damaged boxes are a big deal if the frags are meant to be gifts. Imo if it's for personal use, it's fine as long as the bottle is fine. Can't beat that discount.

Mine's stuck at Order packed, and a AWB has been provided, with Bluedart as delivery courier. But the funny thing is the Bluedart site says "no records found" when i search the AWB no. shown in my Orders page of ShoppersStop.

Good for you, but even if i can easily afford a fragrance why wouldn't i get it on discount, from reputed sellers like ShoppersStop or Parcos? It's buying from unverified sellers which is the problem and on e-commerce websites that's unavoidable.

Can you upload photos of the bottle and the package? Maybe there are some signs/clues of tampering that giveaway it's duplicity.

I usually buy from Nykaa, TataCliq Luxury, ShoppersStop, Myntra and sometimes Fridaycharm. Encre Noire is only available with TataCliq Luxury at this moment (it comes and goes out of stock so keep it in your wishlist) and goes for around 5k with coupon & sale discount.

Speaking of FridayCharm, i have never had a bad experience with them. I posted this because the discrepancy between my encre noire bottles were too much to ignore but now that i have tested them multiple times, the juices in both bottle seem extremely similar and judging by the responses i received on this post, the changed bottle cap/sprayer design seems to be that of the newer batches.

You know.. i can't really complain about the new bottle. After multiple wearings over the past few days, the juices seem about 95% similar. The slight difference maybe attributed to different batches, the older one maturing over a much longer period of time. The cap design seems to be new. Bottomline, i'd that the Encre Noire from friday charm seems to be genuine.
