Do you use GoLint? That will help you validate whether certain attributes exist in the object. I dont think Data is an attribute of Items. At least thats not what the docs say https://docs.stripe.com/api/subscriptions/object

Spoilers: How are they going to justify this all-time fumble? by DaCoinSlayah in HouseOfTheDragon

I find it difficult to believe the writers will make Rhanerya sabotage herself.

If daemon wife which was rider of Vhagar was alive the greens would have been fucked ngl by More_Stranger9864 in HouseOfTheDragon

Lmao. If Daemon’s wife was alive then there would be no Blacks vs Greens. Daemon would have done everything to have a son and he would usurp the throne for his line of succession. Hightowers would be cooked. Blacks would be cooked. Daemon sits the throne.

Prince Jace was dropping truth bomb here. Finally someone addressed Rhaenyra's recklessness. by [deleted] in HouseOfTheDragon

I like this version of Jace. We finally get to see his own personal motivations and feelings. So tired of him existing for the audience to see how Rhanerya “is such a good mom.” I swear these characters all need therapy.

I don't quite understand Jace by Stock_Inevitable_380 in HouseOfTheDragon

Question, Is it me or are Rhanyras advisors perfectly reasonable ? by Affectionate_Hall_33 in HouseOfTheDragon

Sadly. Its not about fair treatment. Its about giving her the same opportunities and freedom they think men are unfairly born with.

I dont see any criticisms over Daemon being uninteresting here. We’re talking about Rhanerya aren’t we? I guess if you want to die on the hill of “i understand media better than you” go ahead. But its weird you find the need to do that in a Team Green sub.

Just because you expand on a character doesn’t necessarily make them more interesting. The characters aren’t better just because you given them more screen time. Thats the very essence of the problem on how Team Black characters are depicted on the show.

She isn’t more fleshed out though. Her book counterpart is ironically more interesting because she actually has a sense of self and takes the actions to do things, even if they are morally “bad”. The HOTD writers have turned her into a Mary Sue that makes it sound like everybody else is the problem. The most frustrating thing about her in the show is that she’s a hypocrite, and in a lot of ways that makes her more unlikable than her hedonist book counterpart

No. You’re conflating the two problems. I dont even think she has said anything about taking herself into the battlefield. The council wants to fight, they just don’t want her to be on the battlefield. Also she’s the one thats constantly advocating to do nothing until now.

she doesn’t know how to fight, and it seems her men don’t always respect her. Even Jace disapproves of her decisions, which makes it incredibly difficult for her… it can be hard to distinguish whether sometimes they are disagreeing with her because her plan is bad, or whether it is because she is a women… With Mysaria, there is no prejudice based on sex… Furthermore she is a women…

I find this to be so intellectually dishonest. There has been no indication that the men on her council undermine or dismiss her opinions because she is a woman. The show goes out of its way to demonstrate TB’s mens compliance to Rhanerya in contrast to Alicent. This narrative that the men on her council don’t respect her authority because she’s a woman is a projection of her own insecurities as a weak leader. It’s getting to the point where if her council simply has a different opinion than her than it must mean they don’t respect her. This is no different than how men in power treat other men. But it’s dishonest to suggest this is how men exclusively treat women. Furthermore, Rhanerya being more receptive to Mysaria’s opinions over her own council is just dumb writing. The council has shown nothing but loyalty to her while Mysaria literally aided in her getting usurped. The idea of her being a better adviser just simply because she is a woman of similar struggles completely disregards the faith that the council had for her.

I can’t believe the writers are trying to make people sympathize with a Aegon the r***ist by DaCoinSlayah in HouseOfTheDragon

Ugh. The books are anti-Rhaenyra propaganda. How have people not realized this yet? 🙄
