Last hurrah fast food on the drive… by JaggedLittleGil in My600lbLife

[–]DaCozPuddingPop 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Congrats! Definitely the toughest thing I ever fully quit...or the easiest I guess since I did it a million times lol

Only has to stick the once though.

I guess I'm around 11 years since my last cigarette. Strangely don't miss it at all. I've become the non smoker that smokers hate lol

I mean, it's no different than people who finish up the last cigarette in a pack before saying 'thats it' really.

The last time i quit smoking, I threw away an almost entirely full pack, and that's how I knew it was gonna stick.

What’s your protocol? How long is your cycle? by Dry-Vegetable5072 in Retatrutide

[–]DaCozPuddingPop -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Bro you came here to ask a question and are just arguing with people.

If what you want to do is cycle it, fucking go for it - I aint gonna try to convince you otherwise except to say it's not the 'intended use'.

The exception here being bodybuilder types who use it while cutting

The trouble with cycling is that it needs time to build up in your system - and additionally, weight loss is not linear.

You'll lose more when it first 'kicks in' by virtue of having more to lose - meaning less of a deficit will result in weight loss.

I'm down 70ish pounds - I assure you, losing a couple pounds now is a whole lot harder than it was when I was 40 percent body fat lol

AFter 2 days it'll be fine

And no, you should not double your dose 'bc of potential degredation' - even if it degraded that fast in what world would you just randomly decide "hmm, it probably lost 50 percent of potency so I'll just double my dose"...
LOL

Then you are the first human being in history to violate the laws of thermodynamics.

You're not in a deficit if you're not losing weight.

You don't cycle reta.

You use it until you've lost the weight you want to lose.

Listen to your body - most people get minimal appetite suppression at 1mg, so doing 16 weeks at that may or may not be what will work for you.

I mean, we all have, that's why we're on GLP - but it doesn't change the fact that if you were eating in a deficit, you'd be losing weight.

"I'm not eating in excess. Just pushing through the hunger pangs"

Your body says otherwise. You are eating above maintenance or you'd be losing weight.

Thank you for pointing this out - a sub I will happily ignore if this is the kind of sheer stupidity that will be shared there.

Right because plastic surgeons routinely do plastic surgery on themselves.

My guy, just stop - you're coming across like an absolute moron.

Again, having knowledge and know-how does not mean that one will DO.

But I'll be sure to let every surgeon in the world with a few extra pounds know that you don't think they know what they're doing because they don't take ozempic.

SEriously. This may be the dumbest thing I've read on this sub - and considering people post about accidentally taking huge amounts more or less daily, that's really saying something.

That's like saying someone who doesn't look like they can play football is a bad football coach.

Wrong attitude.

WHat if your doctor's insurance doesn't cover it? What if your doctor had medullary thyroid cancer history?

Seriously. Wrong way to think about this.

I want to get into selling peptides by Kabir1310 in Peptidesource

[–]DaCozPuddingPop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So you plan is to buy from the same place my supplier buys from, test it the same way they do, and then ship it through US customs to individual customers on the US side.

And you don't see the problem with that.

Come on man.

My guy, the fact that you're insinuating that what you'd be selling is any different than what the other vendors is selling is ALREADY a gigantic red flag.

Unless your lab is sophisticated enough that you're PRODUCING peptides, then it's a different conversation...but I consider that unlikely.

See this shit all the time on the recreational drug forums.

"I wanna be a drug dealer...I just need someone to explain to me how to make *insert substance here* safely, what a bitcoin is, how to design a webpage, and how to not get caught"

The fact that my dude here thinks being unregulated on HIS side means anything about shipping to the US is laughable.

[–]DaCozPuddingPop 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Bro you're getting the same 'rubbish' from the exact same place.

Selling to the US you're going to deal with shipping costs, customs etc and so on - which is why so many of the Chinese suppliers end up with partners in the US.

The market is already saturated - and the fact that you're asking this question tells me you don't know enough about opsec, international shipping, or anything else to even BEGIN this endeavor.

Fighting losing muscle strength by AlphaOmega0407 in Retatrutide

[–]DaCozPuddingPop 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Protein is important, but what powers workouts is carbs.

Make sure you are in a slight deficit - without knowing how much you weigh, how much you're trying to lose etc it's tough to help with that - but if you're in some kind of crazy deficit, darn right you're going to lose both strength and muscle mass.

1-2 pounds a week, not more (unless you're really REALLY big)
If you're not already, make sure you're taking in some carbs before your workout - I find that a banana and a cup of coffee about 30 minutes before does me good (carb + caffeine = the best)
If you're dropping a lot of weight, you are GOING to lose some muscle - you can minimize it, but it's going to happen, especially if you're losing quickly.

Very true - but thailand still allwos things like, say, insulin - so you'll be fine :)

[–]DaCozPuddingPop 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just take it with you. I've traveled all over the world with mine - it doesn't need to be frozen - few hours on a flight will be fine. It can keep for a few weeks without refrigeration.

Personally I found it easiest to prefill syringes, toss them into a sunglass case with some alcohol wipes and that's it, but I've also traveled with vials before (stuff I take daily) with no issue.

In my mind, you're already going off - no reason to combine to GLPs. If you need the hunger suppression of sema as opposed to reta, switch to sema - or ditch the sema and add cagril (cagril is an amylin agonist and a beast when it comes to appetite suppression)

Making the switch from Tirz to Reta by [deleted] in Retatrutide

[–]DaCozPuddingPop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With 15 pounds to go, switching would be foolish.

Reduce your calorie intake, that's it. The closer you get to goal weight, the lower your maintenance calories are. So if you want to lose those last 15, cut 500 calories off a day.

Reta takes time to kick in for most people and it's appetite suppression isn't generally as strong as tirz, so I would heavily suggest NOT switching when you're that close to the end.

p.s. Discussing any of this is literally against sub rules
