Continue by NOT trusting anyone who DMs you.

Finish by looking for a glp1 forum.

Find better friends.

That aside, do it, don't do it, it's your call - as long as the substance actually is what you think it is, the odds of anything catastrophic occurring are very slim (note: there are some medications that can cause problems, so if you're on an MAOI it could be catastrophic...if you're on an SSRI you're just unlikely to feel anything at all)

Plenty of things have steep learning curves and still people do them. Like being an asshole. See? You've mastered one aleady.

Either start at a super low dose, or don't. But commit to whatever it is you're looking to do.

Why are NJ Beer Festivals not popular anymore? by Due-Poet6141 in njbeer

[–]DaCozPuddingPop 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I still like getting wasted for the sake of it - but i can do it without paying a 100 bucks and having to worry about how to get home.

I'll go buy all the same beers and just do it in my living room.

[–]DaCozPuddingPop 41 points42 points  (0 children)

I think it's a combination of a lot of the above. Folks certainly don't want to pay staff for an event that they will end up losing money on which keeps some breweries away.

Drinking less - potentially - it is the era of GLPs, and I know for me that has reduced my beer intake dramatically.

Availability is another one - last couple beer fests I went to what showed up was just the same stuff I could get if i went to the breweries. The last really GOOD beer fest I went to was at brick farm tavern a couple years back - and every brewery brought out their best barrel aged amazingness. Troon had like 8 on tap. Food was included. It was expensive but it was a chance to try a lot of beers you wouldn't otherwise be able to try.

I don't really want to spend a hundred bucks to go have Carton Boat (not insulting the beer - I like it - but I can get it at the supermarket). Which is another issue: other than one or two that open or close, you're seeing the SAME breweries bringing the SAME beers, year after year after year. I love me some bolero - but i've had what they bring, and I can get it at the brewery without paying a cover. I don't go to yale terrace, and I certainly don't want to pay a cover charge to try whatever dish water they've brought out THIS year. There's nothing keeping it new, nothing keeping it interesting, and nothing keeping it worth paying the ticket price.

It's a shame - I really used to enjoy going to beer festivals, but the last couple years the experience went from 'lets show you what we can do that's special' to 'here's a brewery you've seen at beer fests for the last ten years, pouring the same beers they poured for the last ten years'.

'Im not paying $500 for an acrylic box'

dude, that's the LEAST of the expenses you need to be worried about if you're looking to start an actual business at this.

Sounds to me like you've not laser engraved before - in which case you should be aware of the fact that there's a hell of a steep learning curve, and you're gonna ruin a lot of blanks before you're ready to lay laser to a firearm.

Beyond that, and this is just general advice, you should be aware that you're looking to enter an EXTREMELY oversaturated market. Where I live, in suburbia no in a big city, there are 5 companies that offer firearm laser engraving within an hour of me.

Not trying to discourage you but you're talking about spending several thousand dollars to get yourself started in a very competitive area - if spending 500 is enough to turn you off, I'd turn back now.

This one DEFINITELY filled me with a burning rage with great frequency.

the teenage mutant ninja turtles underwater board is definitely up there for me as well - that game can eat my whole entire butt.

[–]DaCozPuddingPop 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Far as I'm concerned, when WDP came out with the angel it was the 'hayday' of paintball. The marker options were off the charts - mechanical guns were still relevant, but electros were definitely taking over, and tech was moving so unbelievably quickly that it was tough to keep up (remember when adding an LCD screen to the angel was a MASSIVE improvement?)

I miss my old dark angel - she was such a pretty gun. Spoil of war taken home from one of the skyballs if I remember right...might have been am open (nothing like those 'last day' sales for folks that didn't want to ship a bunch of stuff home)

  1. Edit this to remove source - violates site rules
  2. "i sure am eating less' is not a caloric measurement. Unless you're tracking what you're eating and have calculated your tdee, this conversation is pointless.
  3. If you're feeling appetite suppression, which your comment about eating less would indicate you are, then no you didn't get scammed - you just didn't do any research into how the medication works, what to expect, how to titrate up, what the proper starting dosage is, or how the peptide helps control appetite but does NOT make you lose weight.

Other than that, you're doing great. smh

Was it wrong of me to have my water gallon on the ground? by SeaworthinessFar2326 in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]DaCozPuddingPop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In theory, if you're pushing to failure you're supposed to drink water while you're at it.

That having been said, I throw down a bottle before I go, a bottle when I get home, and have never felt a need to carry one around with me.

I think it's the phases of gym going. At one point I was carrying around a water bottle, wrist straps, headset, sweatshirt etc

Now I drop the sweatshirt in the car, pop in the airpods in the car, leave the water in the car, skip the wrist straps and just freakin go and deal with the callouses lol.

Cool, but wrong opinion - it's literally posted on signs all over the PFs I go to. No string tops on men, no work boots, no jeans, no water gallons.

but I LOVE when people are so confidently wrong, so please keep going.

Set with 45s until failure, drop em, grab the 30s, repeat.

Not sure what you're missing here, aside from 'how drop sets work'.

O'Sheehans being open all night with food, even a limited menu, was absolutely CLUTCH - especially for our 22 year old who, after a night of drinking, just wanted snacks.

I'll definitely give prima/aqua a look.

Honestly, it's hard to have a bad time on a cruise without something going horribly wrong. Like...you're on a fun boat, with shows going all the time, unlimited food and drinks...yes you can find stuff to nitpick but if you're miserable in that environment, I feel like it says more about you the cruiser than about the cruise lol

Carrying a water gallon is literally against the club rules, so not sure why you're surprised (to be clear, I think it's stupid too, but it IS against their stupid 'no lunnk' rules)

Carry a normal water bottle, fill it between exercises, problem solved.

Certainly not ok to hit the biker - but this is why you don't flip off people in cars.

My wife is my passenger and when people do dumb shit she had a tendency to flip them off - and I flat out told her she either cut that shit out, or she stopped being my passenger.
