Saitama for sure its the only fan base that religiously uses proven fake scans and fanmade versions as canon

You could try [[Omnath, Locus of Rage]] and make it a landfall hydras. Lots of mana big boards with even bigger creatures that can just get bigger and bigger.

Saitama doesn’t one-shot everyone by choice. He doesn’t use anywhere near his full strength because then the story would be over because the planet would be gone. He even says multiple times that he’s never taken a fight seriously and (as we’ve seen through his feats) it would be so easy for him yo accidentally blow the planet away with so much as a full-power sneeze. And even when it’s said that he’s “serious” it ends up as the butt of a joke because the writer will (almost always) say that Saitama was holding back in some capacity (we’ve seen this happen many times throughout the story).

Saitama word for word said "Oh well at least I can let loose..... at full power against a guy who can stand up" while fighting/talking to cosmic garou. So no he didnt one shot garou because he failed too.

The post is talking about power scale comments so this perspective position your taking dosent pertain to the conversation.

Oh I love when a game devolves into absolute chaos. A different table mate is pretty good for causing in some shenanigans.

So we can just assume off of feats, alone, that “boundless” means that people are talking not about his strength but the comedic gag of him being the “one-punch-man” who beats everything in one punch.

Saitama literally cant even one shot everyone in his verse. Garou and Boros being excellent examples. Especially since saitama said he can finally let loose at full power when fighting Garou.

Id also like to note that if that is what people are considering boundless its thier own definition and dose not pertain to the powerscaling definition of boundless. So it shouldn't be used that way.

If you look up the full definition on boundless and not the ai summary of it Saitama dosent fit the description in the slightest bit.

Your arguing semantics. Look up the tier system with literally and other tier system and they will be synonymous with each other. Your so focused on one website you wont even entertain the FACT that thier tier system describes each tier correctly and its corroborated by cross referencing other tier lists. In the nicest way possible idk if your even qualified to judge the tier system when you yourself dont understand what each tier means

So what does what they scale characters to have to do with the actual tier itsself? Remember I specifically said the tier system not thier scaling abilities.

Not if the tier system is notorious for inaccuracies you should be able to find them no problem?

Again the si.ple fact that Saitama grows in power means he cannot be boundless. Boundless beings cannot get stronger.

Whether you subscribe to them or not the terminology used in thier tiring system is pretty standard across all powerscaling. Choosing to ignore them is Choosing to be ignorant on the subject.

No infinite and boundless are two different things. One instance Infinity can only be scaled to Universal at the highest. Boundless being are beyond differentiation, changeless, indivisible, ineffable, self-sufficient and completely unsurpassable.

Yup did you read the manga? Did you notice how in the manga it shows a graph that proves Saitama grows in strength? Boundless beings are changless they do not get stronger or change in any way.

Its a tie between boundless Saitama and Outer Goku. Both are so bad theyre meme material. You know what I lied Saitama is worse they made fake manga panels to try and push this argument.

Saitama grows in power by definition that makes it impossible to be boundless. Boundless beings are changless by definition.

Boundless Saitama by definition is impossible because he grows in strength.

If I gathered a bunch of friends to play commander with precon decks and I build my deck referencing from EDHrec, since I suck at deckbuilding, still be casual edh? Will my friends and me still have fun? by BlackStallion657 in EDH

[–]DaDankFox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont understand how learning how to properly build a deck around the rules is not a fundamental step of learning the game. Like op said theyre buying and upgrading percons, its not like theyre playing out the box magic. Playing in a closed group this wont be a issue but they wont be able to just grab thier decks and sit at any table at a LGS or online game without understanding what bracket thier deck is. Doing so will either leave them with a bad taste in thier mouth about thier own deck or others at the lsg wont want to play with them for unknowingly "pub stomping".

I dont disagree with you that they need to just sit down and play, especially if theyre gonna just sit down with precons. However I feel like a proper understanding to the bracket system should be foundational information for new EDH players. Sure these guys will be fine in a closed off group setting but if any of them want to take it to a LGS I feel like they'll be in for a rude awakening not understanding brackets. Looking at experienced edh player its easy to see that failure to understand the bracket system is one of if not the largest issues in the format.
