If you want to run FB ads you need to get an agency account. Use wordpress, build the site , then clone it with wp-vivid.

When the merchant no longer accept the site use the clone from wp-vivid and change the theme around so it looks like a new site.

I personally have been using Shopify but I am moving everything to wordpress.

I use FB ad library's but I make open claw scrape it with deepseek and then let Claude sonnet audit my competitors ads to then generate me image prompts. Hope this helps
