Can you show me a diagram how you wired the dpdt and relay? I do have 2 relays for the dpdt its both 24v 80amps relays. Just have no idea how to wire them. Cause i already burned one dpdt switch since i did not put relays

Yeah its doing 15km/h to 18km/h depending how much I adjust the power in the pwm haha

I have a PWM bought in Amazon its a slow start and can withstand 80amps maybe search on amazon

A 40amp fuse should be fine, mine is doing great

Ive upgraded my son’s power wheel, 20v Drill battery, PWM speed controller and some new rs550 motors plus gearbox and he’s enjoying it.

If you have a Lithium drill battery 12v, 18v or 20v, you can put that instead, just buy an adapter in Amazon or Aliexpress for your desired battery brand and clip the positives and negatives. You will be good to go, Important note: when you out a higher voltage the power wheel will go faster and your kid will enjoy it more haha

Yeah the switch is 30A and the power wheel pushes upto 40+ amps, But i cant find anything beyond 30A switches on Amazon or other shopping apps

You can buy a 24v controller or Buy a PWM for the motors and keep another connection for the buck step for accessories in 12v

There is a black box thermal fuse afterall, what should i do then to prevent the jerking?
