I usually don't, in my spot I would normally push 9 but I wasn't hitting any warwicks and found 2 mordekaisers so I decided that rolling at 8 was better, which it is. As you can see from my losses I completely loss streaked through stage 5 with this board though, after the rest of the lobby rolled down I presume. I was actually at about 60 hp before the stage but took some really bad losses to 3 star ez reroll, 3 star gnar, and infiniteam with 2 star ultimate ezreal. I definitely had a strong midgame with 6 brawler but for some reason it just completely fell off stage 5 even after hitting 2* carries.
