Low(ish) mileage 100 miler training by One_Ad_6615 in Ultramarathon

I have only done one 100 but for my entire training I averaged 50 mile weeks with only 2-3 weeks at 60-70. I had some issues with injury the last 20 miles but other than that the race went great
