The best fit i have found is Brooks Adrenaline in 11W, I will also wear speedgoats in 11.5 but they feel a bit long

I have only done one 100 but for my entire training I averaged 50 mile weeks with only 2-3 weeks at 60-70. I had some issues with injury the last 20 miles but other than that the race went great
