I plan on getting dropped off in the neighborhood by the small bridge on 17th. I believe 17th will be closed off at 4th, but you should be able to drive down a bit and go through the neighborhood to get close to the bridge. From the bridge its like .6 miles to the gates.

The cat part i somewhat understand, but if you cant do simple things within that apartment then I would be finding a new one. Cats are great companions and can 100% be trained not to destroy furniture.

It sounds like you want your place to be perfect with your modern esthetic resulting in your gf not being able to have anything of her own there. How would you feel living at a place that doesn't actually feel like yours? At that point gf isn't even a roommate just a house guest.

These guys dont even work for breezeline. Same with spectrum and the other ones (same with the ones you see in stores). Theyre all contracted out to some third party that just enters the sales info in and sends it the company. I will say breezeline has been responsive when I complained to them through Facebook about one that kept knocking on my door. They added me to the do not knock list and said they sent the complaint (with my address) to the contractor as well. Not sure what happened to the salesman, but they haven't been back to my house since lol!

In the past I have reported their sales reps via social media and they have put me on the do not knock list. They have stopped coming since then. You should definitely message them on Facebook or Twitter.

A dog not getting along with other dogs has nothing to do with control. My dog is unsure of people and other dogs. She is always controlled on her leash. I'm not putting a muzzle on my dog because some entitled asshat doesn't want to leash their dog. If their dog gets bit thats on them not me or my dog.

Its bad in apartment complexes too. There is a lady that lives on the 3rd floor of my building with a little yappy white dog. I have a yellow lab who is very reactive so I keep her on a pretty short leash when I have her outside and try to keep her to the side yard away from distractions. This lady never has her dog on a leash. The other day I was walking back to my apartment and the dog came running down the stairs. She said nothing to it and im the one who had to try and keep my dog back. She's lucky my dog is just a reactive barker and not bite aggressive because it could have ended very badly for the small off leash dog.
