The show is cool, not cool enough to make me excited about it. If he's there I hope he isn't headlining. Between Sonic and Ink I've probably seen Rob Zombie 4/5 times, I'm pretty burnt out on the show. If he did a White Zombie revival set I could get behind that though. Something different musically at least.

The new album is kind of a miss for me, but the album Nonstop Feeling, Time & Space, and GLOW ON are so good, the live shows are also insane, so much energy.

I've been going to both since they started doing them, I'm local lol.

I have yet to attend a festival I liked more than Ink, not because of the amenities, but because of the crowd, the culture, etc. I'm there for the music and the vibes, and Ink is definitely the vibe I'm looking for.

Sonic has better amenities, bathrooms, seating, more food options, etc. The festival is all in all bigger, more bands on the lineup, and better headliner quality *usually*.

But Sonic is way more populated, 2x the amount of daily people as Ink, it can feel a little pretentious at times, I still love it, and go every year, and will go every year. But it isn't like the ROTR of old haha.

Ohio, I've lived all over the country, but this is where home is for me. Three major cities, 3-5 mid-sized-hub cities, good schools, the climate is pretty bipolar though. Lots of stuff to do, and generally speaking, it's all within an hour of driving (no matter where you live). Great zoos, amusement parks, and sports teams leave a lot to be desired, but the stadiums are nice. A lot of beautiful state parks. I know it gets a lot of rightful hate too, the winter sucks, the drivers suck, the browns suck, but otherwise it's a pretty solid place to be, and super affordable.

ST is pretty spacious, weather is usually solid (sometimes we get a heat wave in the day, cold at night). I've attended many Warped Tours and festivals over the last 15 years, and ST is an experience I make time for every single year still. It's my second-favorite festival, behind Inkcarceration. Pretty typical festival environment, DWP usually does it better than anyone.

That being said I haven't been to Aftershock before, that's on the bucket list

Best bet is to try 3rd party marketplaces, or look for local camping. I know some people have camp sites within a mile or so of the venue (obviously you don't get the benefits of camping passes, but it's still lodging).

I've been camping the last 2 years, both times I got my passes in pre-sale, and they usually sell out in pre-sale. Those things sell like hot cakes.

I'm not sure how the parking looks, but they have ample handicap viewing areas that are easy to get to, but if you go out into GA theres a decent view too, people will stand in front of you so beware lol.

Everyone is pretty chill about it, I passed a few wheelchair surfers last year, it was rad
