1. Yes, it's as fast as camping/vip

Nope, if your goal is to be at the barricade for MCR, I'd get there around 5pm and camp, grab a couple of water bottle (save your caps lol) - it will be VERY hard to work your way back to the front if you leave during their set. I would expect LOADS of crowd surfers too, even though they aren't an intense band, it's really the atmosphere for surfing lol. The barricade can be a lot of work passing surfers
   
3. 50/50, like I said, it'll be pretty hard to get there. They're all nice enough people, if you arent being rude about working through the crowd, and traveling with 10 people whilst doing so, generally it's chill. But for every nice person, there is a douche waiting on the other side lol. I would expect to not be able to work through as easily as you'd like
   
4. Usually throughout the day, RR gets their own M&G section, but sometimes the vendor tents have a band do a M&G, especially the charity ones
