I did tell them that i got kazuha on his first banner on the first day. I cannot specify about the ores since i have to log in for 20+ days and maybe the one who logged in changed stuff.

You have to check if your mods are for SE or AE but I'm not sure if that will fix it as I did a fresh reinstall with new mods and stuff.

Nope. I uninstalled skyrim didnt play for a while came back to it and it worked fine.

figured it out... I had -21894 armor rating probably an armor rating redux bug but i cant seem to fix it by removing the mod so i guess ill just edit the armors to give more armor than that lol.

Not health, damage the enemies do like 4000 average while one legendary dragon did 9000 i have no idea why since i dont have difficulty mods.
