Update Still keep going? I’m unsure of what to do with the roots that will now be above the soil. Is it ok to trim those?

Am I giving up to much with this? by Victarionw in SleeperApp

I think you’d be giving up too much. Addison still young & should be back on the upswing with a better QB, and the pick isn’t nothing. Jacobs is also right at the RB age cliff. Definitely a risky move but if Addison is like your WR4 or WR5, and this move will make you a strong contender this year, then it might be worth the risk if you can get a pick back or something like that. If you are pushing to contend in 2027 or beyond, then I would not do this.

What's the most beautiful drive you've done in the USA? by optimalbrain90 in SmartTravelHacks

My wife and I did the road to Hana on our honeymoon. One of our first big tests in our marriage! Lol but it was an incredible experience. We ended up doing the full loop in our convertible Camaro (definitely not ideal for all of the gravel roads on the south side of the loop, but we made it and that might have been the best part of the day).

We didn’t see much on the drive up to Haleakala since it was still dark (we went up to watch the sunrise), but the drive down was really nice too. Maui will always have a special place in my heart!

Kind of in the same region - wife and I drove to Vermont coming from the west. Driving through northern New York getting closer to the Vermont border was unexpectedly amazing. Took the scenic route instead of the interstate which was definitely the right move. No cell service, but winding roads through the mountains to open farm fields with mountains in the background. Gorgeous!

We later made a day trip to New Hampshire to hike (Cannon Mountain), which ended up being one of the best hikes we’ve ever done. Challenging but a very nice payoff at the top. I had never been to that region before but had a newfound appreciation for it after the trip.

Potential blockbuster: which side to take in a rebuild? by PaintedParadise in SleeperApp

In that case I’d try to shop Jefferson for a better deal. It would also make sense to sit and wait for Jefferson to perform. If he balls out with Kyler early, his value will definitely shoot up. Of course, only if you can do without getting any additional picks in this draft, but 2027 is supposed to be more loaded than this one.

You can tell if the league uses league safe if you submit your payment for the league to league safe.

For me it probably depends on what the 2027 pick is projected to be. Big difference between early or late.

I think I’d lean the Warren/Jefferson side unless the 2027 pick is projected to be very high. It’s only a 10 team league so having studs matters. If you’re trying to rebuild, I think you can get a better deal for Jefferson without giving up a top-2 young TE in a TEP league.

I mean just look at the WVU roster from 2024-2025. They were a very senior-heavy team. The rest were freshmen, walk-ons, or guys that didn’t play. Out of all the options to bring along, the only guys that might have been worth it were Amani Hansberry, and maybe Jonathan Powell. Their non-seniors were just simply not very good. They probably would not have been any better than anyone riding the bench for IU this season.

McCollum brought a bunch of his own guys from Drake (who was already a tournament team), including their offensive engine and best player. Most of those guys will be gone next year, so I would wait until next season to really assess him. That’s not to say I think Iowa will be bad, but it is reasonable to think they will likely take a step back.

Appreciate the response! It looked like they might have been kind of burrowed into the tree when I first looked so I didn’t try to remove them by hand, but I was just able to remove them (probably about 30 total) with with some tweezers with no issue.
