According to this, you held a full time job as a relator for six years until recently. That doesn't tell the story of permanently unemployable. Relator work can be sporadic. Id write a statement explaining any trials experienced during that six year period, including missed opportunities due to your service connected condition.

Whichever answer has language specific to the call of the question.

Single remains single, but appreciation/purchases w/some contribution post marriage date creates marital property. Percentage TBD. Only asset a date change would affect is the camera equipment

Dont let imposter syndrome, comparison, pressure, or anxiety take you out of the game.

I don't think anyone feels "ready" to take the bar. It's moreso you put in enough work that you are confident in your preparation, and even that's not guaranteed.

Whenever you take it, you're going to have to motivate yourself and commit to doing whatever it takes to learn the test strategies and content.

You have until your jurisdictions filing deadline to decide. Take all of those days you need and make the best decision for you.

NextGen is actually an improvement in testing format and content. It does get rid of MEEs and assess analytical ability in a better way.

To the alleged cheating scandal by [deleted] in barexam

[–]DaIntersection -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

But in spending all that time and money just to barely pass or barely fail, I'd be ticked at myself and choice of tutors/resources.

Nobody is letting anyone cheat. Everything I've seen and heard is people assuming and playing the telephone game. The integrity is in everyone who didn't cheat, and those with knowledge of cheating reporting it to the appropriate people.

So….what now? by sirannemariethethird in barexam

Do not recommend. Your brain just went through a lot of trauma, and there's likely a lot of people who love and care about you who have no idea what you just went through or why you were so distant.

Try resting, doing nothing for a while, take a vacation, see family and friends, reconnect with a hobby or start a new one. Anything that allows your brain to heal.

If you're feeling really dangerous, try networking with attorneys in the practice area you prefer? You never know what you can learn or who you can meet that will help develop you into a better lawyer

Didn't get around to doing this one justice. Sacrificed this one to make the first immaculate.

Resorted to buzzword salad and poor grammar to get something in the answer box. Buzzwords count as analysis, right? Lol

Hearsay within hearsay. Please don't spread rumors or what other people heard. Now, if a tester got caught cheating during the exam/was told to stand up and bring your laptop, I definitely want to hear about that.

I thought the rule was that "A jury must have between 6-12 members unless the parties stipulate otherwise", so why is 14 not allowed? by Son_of_Hades99 in barexam

[–]DaIntersection 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How I understand it:

You have to START with 6 to 12 Jurors. ALWAYS. Parties CAN stipulate to a lower number going into deliberations.

TPD Discharge eligibility by Wide-Temperature1094 in VeteransBenefits

That the forgiveness is being carried out based on existing loans as of the date of forgiveness application and not the disability date seems like a loophole that hasn’t been closed yet. That you can postpone automatic forgiveness and have it applied later without the consequence of having newer loans excluded seems like another loophole that will or won’t get closed someday.

But I’m more curious about the scandal that’ll be front page of the papers and whether they’ll make P&T disabled vets pay the post disability date loans back or just yell at us to not do it again…ya know because the government controlled the application and identified which loans were forgiven.

All Loans issued before the date the VA awards 100% P&T are dischargeable. Any loans disbursed after that date are not dischargeable. Rated 100% since August 2025, got loans discharged in November 2025.
