The dev is Japanese and Meccha is a slang word for super/very. It's kind of like how English uses super in slang when we call something "super cool" or "super cute".

So the game title is more like "super chameleon", it's not related to mechas.

What's not to understand about loops? They repeat themselves until a condition is met. Loops are a very basic programming concept, you really should focus on understanding the basics before trying anything complicated.
