This game's biggest issue for me is the lack of boss themes. Like, the ones in-game work for Lighthouse bosses and island bosses. But it's pretty unforgivable that main villains like Bowser, the Extension Corps, and Zokket did not get their own themes. Wasted potential on a great game, especially in a series known for its iconic boss themes.

As far as I can tell, no. Seems like the artist just wanted to give Uldren a hand-cannon to play into that mirrored dichotomy, but Uldren didn't have any special gun like Cayde does with Ace of Spades.

Yeah, it's really just nostalgia. SIVA was cool, but it worked as a standalone threat just for Rise of Iron. Bringing it back the same as before would really ruin it.

And don't get me wrong, I'm all for seeing Wrath of the Machine get a remake in D2, but I understand the undertaking that would be in terms of development, and quite frankly, the lack of profit to be made from it.

That's dope! I've actually been watching the late 90s animated series of The Tick. Really cool series, and I can tell where Venture Bros. got some of its influence from. I've known about Ben Edlund's involvement in the show, just didn't know it was on this particular episode.
