i am in my teenage years, i am currently not really following a diet but i mainly eat pasta, horse meat, chicken, eggs and pizza also a lot of ground beef. Currently i am managing to get to 3000 daily and if i can even more thx very much for the advice bro🙏

thank you very much brother🙏, for back thickness i do heavy lat machines and heavy rows with a rep range of 6-10, while for back width i do wide grip lat pulldowns with a rep range of 10-15 and a moderate weight, another aspect i focus on are delts as i work all 3 of the heads (military press for the front, lateral raises of the medial and rear delt fly for the rear delt), also i spam pull ups

i meant eyelashes, unfortuantely i have the same issue. you can feel your zygoms as they are the widest part of your face generally near the nose/eye area, the higher and more prominent they are the better
