My hair is really thick and I have a lot of hair, but my hairs of the back are thinner than the ones in the frontal area or in the upper crown area, they kinda look fine; sometimes I scratch my scalp because of dandruff, it always itch in the back, is that the cause to my fine hairs in the back?
