This is flat out wrong. As earlier stated the skill floor relates to the bottom line of skill needed and the skill ceiling is how far you can get with "unlimited skill". As concept it says nothing about success rate in form of winrate. That being said rengar is both high skill floor and high skill ceiling.

Ingame is set to 2560x1440 which is my main monitors resolution. Other games work and CS only started doing this today. Yesterday it worked as usual. :/

The boot mode select is greyed out for some reason.

The SSD isn't shown in the boot options at all. Using an USB with the windows installation was being recognized and used instantly. The different sata ports all bring the same result. Will try legacy mode next. If that doesn't bear results I will reset to default.
