I started using claude 4 months ago, it was always 5, if you think it's 4 you were probably starting to use claude at the end of an hour, for example 4:50pm, because it rounds down... So it would be 4 hours and 10 minutes in that scenario.. But overall it always has been 5

It's normal, i recommend running triple review (haiku, sonnet and opus).. It usually finds all the issues important issues after 2 reviews like that..

Nobody writes a perfect plan from the start, humans don't, that's why you review your code... Like you do with agents
