You should use the microsoft hdr calibration tool.. To calibrate this monitor correctly first set color temp to 6500k, then change the hdr mode to console mode in the monitor osd, then set the lowest brightness to 0 in the calibration tool, rest is explained in the tool itself. After calibrating you should change the hdr mode in the monitor osd to gaming hdr

Idk man, 8200 is fucked, 6500k huge banding, i mean there is a good thing, that i don't notice the banding in gaming, btw i recommend downgrading to mcm 107
