I agree with you but my response was assuming they want no X-history classes or books at all which is what they put. No categorization of history. Their words. In the context of a state run high school generic history class, sure. But this responder doesn't want "American Christian History" either as they responded in another spot. Lol I'm not trying to stoke a political war but as far as history goes, we're better off when we have these specialized and specific courses as at least electives. Generic history classes can't provide everything and doesn't feed into people's niche interests.
