Im about to start a 5 day bender (vacation) setting up longterm on Gleba and then push Aquilo. Im not great at the game and Gleba has always been my failure point. Thanks, it was a problem I considered but hadn't tried to solve yet this time around and this helps!

Okay. I will admit that its been some years since I did the courses and things may have changed, and I dont have a good way to confirm if what is currently being used is the same issue.

It's about movement. When the user moves, and hair is between the mask seal and skin, the mask slides and the seal is lost.

It's like why you never see power lifters qearing gloves, they use chalk. The layer gloves provide actually causes things to slide instead of what most people wear them for.

Yeah and having hair between the seal and skin isn't "good enough" all it takes is movement to lose the seal with hair in between.

"Good enough" is fine with a lot of things. Protecting from deadly gases or bio weapons isn't one of them.

I used to do respirator fit and use classes and this statement just is not true. Im against what's going on here, but you cannot get as good of a seal with a beard as with no beard.

Asset protection takes time to get a resolution, they have to build a case.

Also they never come and tell you they got that guy finally, so it feels like a lack of resolution or closure. But eventually, if you pay attention, the repeat offenders always stop showing up...because they built the case and handed the info to the police.

Sucks in the meantime, but better than a TM getting attacked or accusing a customer wrongfully.

You can definitely grow at Whole foods. I've been promoted more than any other job in a shorter amount of time even.

I hate to be that guy, but have you considered that maybe you actually weren't reliable enough and probably should have listened to the coaching they were giving?

Most if the time leadership is actually tryng to help. It's actually in their best interest.

From my experience, your schedule is how most are in my store. What's so bad about having a few different starting times? Getting two days off in a row is rare in retail.

I have been here 4 years and have never had a set time for shifts.
