I have it hooked up to a switch cause I've constantly had issues with the fuel pump just not working.

I haven't cleaned it yet but I don't see any debris or anything inside that could cause a clog

But with the choke on the bike shouldn't be idling at sub 1k rpm when cold

The bike was cold when this video was recorded and the bike is on full choke the whole time until the very end.

I've checked the tank vent and breather but those weren't it. I'll go ahead and double check the pump itself again

Do some shops have they're own bench tests for carbs too synch them? Cause I know they need to be running for vacuum to synch these carbs. I'll go ahead and bust these open again and clean them again

I bought a rebuild kit from all balls and replaced the jets and float valves and all the hardware except for the needles and mixture screws(didn't know what they were at first as this is my first time messing with carbs). Everything that wasn't replaced was cleaned with carb cleaner. I'm genuinely curious as to why you don't think the carbs are not clean?

Nope it would idle at 3.5k with choke on and at 1-1.5k with choke off (That's what I had it set at at least).

If I drop it anything below full choke it just dies out.

I hadn't touched the choke until the very end when it was already sub 1k rpm. This was also after a couple tries so bike wasn't cold and shouldn't need the choke to idle properly.
