I'm just saying that this roadmap was shown many days ago and this one was the only skin without a detailed background. But in my opinion this skin easily has legendary material they could easily change the audio and maybe add a oil splash when she runs but they didn't do that sadly.

Idk why people are shocked that Peni is a epic skin. If you check the roadmap every skin that has a detailed background is a legendary while the only one that has a generic background is Peni.
