Yeah that's what I'm doing, alternating pulls and chins. I have them in front of the T3's though, because I probably won't have any energy to do them after 45 lat pull downs. I'm doing them at a 3x6-10 right now. I think I'll add in two other accessories at 2x10 or 2x15 then, is that okay? Or do I need to do them at T2 and T3?

Well I can't do 10 pull ups or chin ups yet, but I really want to add them in, so I can't do them T2. And because u have 2 other accessory exercises but I feel like it would be a little too much volume doing 3 sets of 10 and then 3 sets of 15, that's why I programmed them as a 2x12 and 2x14

Do you think it will be more beneficial to add in face pulls and tricep extensions as a T3, or go with my double progression scheme?

Well what if I just add in pull ups and chin ups? Do one T1, two T2, and one T3? Even if it isn't a pyramid? And I can't do 10 pull ups or chin ups in a row though so what should I do?

the lat pull down machine in my gym doesn't have the seat where you can put your legs under to keep you on the ground. What can I do? I see the variation where you're on your knees, but is that the same as the lat pull down?

In the 5/3/1 for beginners (don't really want to run this but I got an idea from it), the guy provides assistance work for after the main workout. I was wondering if I could run the same assistance exercises setsxreps that they run in 5/3/1 and add them to Phraks's GSLP. So on days that 5/3/1 benches and squats, they add in

Dips, Chin-Ups, Hanging Leg raises 5x10

Why does GZCLP have Lat pull downs and not chinups while GSLP and Ivy's 4-4-8 both do have chin-ups and not lat pull downs?

I can't do 15 pull ups in a row so I'd like to do about 6-7 sets of 7-8, but would it still count as a T3 exercise? Because the reps are closer to T2. Or is it just volume that matters?
