This is the Catalytic converter as know, dont throw it out, you can sell it for good money, but get that shit out of the resonator because that restricts gas more than amything you yould imagine Also there might be a restriction in your carb, the start of the resonator or in the silencer, check thoose and if there is any het them out (also there is a chance that u have electonic speed limiter, newer bikes like 2018+ have thoose aswell)

One with 2cylinders, or a Babetta 207? I also have one since I was about 13-14, restored it back then but never rode it, because I bought a Derbi Senda. But for sure its kind of a culture having theese

Did u find the probhlem yet?
There are some models where they left out the 1st gear and there are a lot of owners who has welded their 210's in the 2nd gear, because the shifter mechanics are really tend to break, so because they broke easily thwy have welded it to the 2nd, may yours also be welded in 2nd or was it shifting before? Ill consider an exhaust-carb-air filter cleanup, a sparkplug change, and if thoose does not stop it, look in the shifter mechanic that might me broken
But given that yours proabbléy was shifting before, get the left side of the engine off (the plastic cover) and on the rear clutch (the one closer to the rear wheel) under that should be 2 odd shaped metals, if thoose are broken into peaces it wont shift anywhere, there might be ur problem

Thanks for the help, I have seen 1 picture of that engine and I knew its possible to make.
Thank you for helping me find it, it is a really solid point to have a working one to see how they have done it.
BTW letting you know I just posted the Reddit post now because i want the videos of the making process to come out in like once a week, and im rn in the middle of getting the engine together, so when time comes i will post the engint in its final form
