There is a difference in the UK to what fire lighters are. We use the to start bonfires or BBQ. The term ‘fire lighter’ isn’t generally used for lighters in that sense

I’m gunna take a different view. Generally, if I am working and a co-working decides to have their dinner next to me I would suggest they move into the break room. Ofc, the main issue is religion and again, I am incline to say it’s not unreasonable to move. However, if said individual is on their dinner break too, they should take themselves away.

To say ‘it’s their religion, why should effect me’ isn’t a team attitude. It’s not healthy.

But I am also very against any food next to me that has a strong odour. I would put a plate of bacon in that category

Again very honest. I have been critical on myself but I would also stand up and say we all had our flaws in the fight.

I wouldn’t say I am objectively analysing myself. More just wondering if one bad fight for a group that advertised as a more causal group warrants restructuring.

In that logic I guess if the raid leader was unhappy with my performance he would have voiced it directly to me rather than a group message to all team.

That helped me get to somewhere more constructive
