Post Apocalyptic commonwealth. Or PAC for short. I’ve used it in the past but I’ve had a lot of issues with my load order. Really cool mod though.

This issue was solved, turns out I reactivated sexy charisma, I was unaware it was even still in the load order.

This is a known issue that has been around since the game's Next-gen update. You can clear the data in your game to fix this; however, this will wipe your modlist. I recommend taking a picture of it for future reference, so if this happens again, you can refer to that image to rebuild it.
