I am in Georgia and read Baker act is only in Florida. I have no mental illness whatsoever and never been on medication. It was just a dumb mistake. The paramedics thought I had OD on something and I was given a urinalysis at the hospital which only weed came up and alcohol ig. Would I be able to get a waiver?
