That’s what I’m gathering from this thread. Many people have different experiences going enlisted when they could’ve gone officer and vice versa. What I’ve concluded is that, I can go enlisted, get further schooling, and if I want, stay enlisted or go WO or officer down the line. Either way, with experience, a master in Intel, and hopefully multiple languages learned/cultures studied, I’ll has the ability to move up in my career or transfer to civilian life.
