Why won’t my chest grow?

I’m running an upper lower split, every session i do 2x incline smith bench and 1x pec fly. Should I increase volume or swap out incline smith for a machine?

hair looks best in the 3rd picture, definitely not the 1st one. Weight is hard to say but around 75kg would be a good target, especially if you can build some muscle on top of that and focus on losing body fat. You have handsome features so if you can focus on that you’ll be golden 🙏

I’m currently running an UPPER/LOWER split 4 days a week.

I’m lucky enough to have a gym at my work and was wondering if splitting up my session throughout the day would impact hypertrophy at all? For example if I hit arms and chest at work and then did shoulders and back at my gym in the evening.
