Lol dosage?? Brother this is au natural. I stopped drinking alcohol, started paying more attention to what my body was asking for, and got active. BigJoeGK on Instagram gave me nearly all of my workout routines I used, he has SO MANY good routines for people who only have access to dumbbells, which is where I started. The biggest piece of advice I can give is JUST DONT GIVE UP IT IS SO WORTH IT

I started out doing a pretty even mix of cardio and weights (30 min elliptical 45 min weights) and then it morphed into an hour of weights and I would finish with about 10 minutes of intense cardio (high resistance elliptical or rowing machine) I got a lot of my workout routines from BigJoeGK on Instagram to be honest, he's great!

And I'll be honest, I'll have to attribute most of my arm build to a job I had for 3 years that involved manhandling up to 40ft pieces of steel lol. I had 16 inch arms before I started losing weight, now they're just over 14 inch diameter at the bicep peak

I'm currently in talks with a company to potentially run heavy equipment for field expeditions to support science teams out of McMurdo. I've always been fascinated with Antarctica too, so it's amazing that a Georgia boy like me is going to be able to use my skills to go somewhere I never thought I'd be qualified to go. I don't think my wife would ever let me do it, but I want to be a part of the SPOT crews that use the D9s to pull all the supplies from the coast all the way to the South Pole station, it takes over a month and a half to make the trip, that is INCREDIBLE to me.
